reCreative + Co. Presents: Locally Framed
Have you noticed the mural-covered building in Kittery as you head toward Route 1 from the roundabout? That’s Paved Paradise. Recently, they added a row of shipping containers — and had the brilliant idea to turn them into pop-up art shows.
When we heard about it, our creative gears started turning. What if we created an immersive experience pairing our photography and the delicious food from the pictures? We brought this concept to Barbara of Paved Paradise and she was quick on board.
So, on September 4th from 5-7pm, our immersive gallery show, Locally Framed, will have its opening night. Join us for a (figurative) walk through a day of food in Kittery, starting with local favorites Lil’s + Henry’s (and their sister cafes The Islander, June’s, and Stella’s) and working our way through the day with food and drink from Lil’s, The Wallingford Dram, The Wilder, Anju Noodle Bar, and Planted.
Come enjoy the food and drink while looking at the photography that helped bring it to life on the very small screens of social and web.
Some photos are so good you crave a bite. Now you can have one. See you there!
